Discover how to properly fuel your workouts and nourish your body with easy-to-follow meal plans from Coach Victor. Coach Melissa will teach you how to overcome emotional eating and cultivate self-control, a fruit of the Spirit.

WEEK 4: 2/3/25 - Overcoming Obstacles & Staying Motivated
Break through challenges with Coach Victor’s strategies for sticking to your fitness routine. Coach Melissa will tackle mental roadblocks, teaching you how to stay motivated and committed by tapping into your faith.

WEEK 5: 2/10/25 - Mastering Healthy Habits for Life
Build consistency and make exercise & nutrition a permanent part of your lifestyle with Coach Victor’s expert tips. Coach Melissa will show you how to develop lasting habits using mindset hacks, Godly discipline, and spiritual growth.

WEEK 6: 2/17/25 - Finishing Strong & Sustaining Success
Celebrate your progress and learn how to continue your journey independently with Coach Victor’s guidance. Reflect on your transformation with Coach Melissa, who will teach you how to maintain your mindset and continue growing with God’s help.
